8. DATA RETENTION POLICY
Voice recordings and AI-generated models are retained only for the duration of service usage. If an account remains inactive for more than 12 months, all associated data may be permanently deleted. Billing records and transaction history are retained for financial and legal compliance.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY
No voices of individuals under 18 may be cloned unless explicit legal documentation is provided proving parental authority. Only parents (mother or father) may request the service for a minor. The Company strictly prohibits the misuse of AI-generated child voices for any unauthorized purposes.
10. SECURITY MEASURES
We implement stringent security protocols, including:
End-to-end encryption of stored and transmitted data. Multi-factor authentication for access to sensitive systems. Regular audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity and protection.
11. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY USAGE
ReLiveable operates using AI technology developed by
Assistable.ai
and ElevenLabs. United One Media Group and ReLiveable has full authorization to use these platforms. Clients acknowledge that while ReLiveable is a proprietary concept, the underlying technology remains the intellectual property of the respective AI providers.
12. SERVICE DOWNTIME AND LIABILITY
The Service may experience occasional downtimes due to server maintenance or technical issues. Clients are not entitled to refunds for service interruptions unless otherwise specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through our website or direct notifications. Continued use of the Service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in Florida, with both parties waiving any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
