4. Non-Therapeutic Purpose

Our services are not medical, therapeutic, or supernatural in nature. They are not substitutes for therapy, counseling, or professional advice. If you are experiencing grief-related distress, we encourage seeking support from a licensed professional.

5. Informed Consent & Family Awareness

Before creating a memorial:

You confirm that you have obtained consent from relevant family members or legal representatives.

You agree to inform those who may be affected by the creation of the memorial.

Disputes arising among family members are outside the responsibility of ReLiveable.

6. Data & Recordings

You confirm that you have the legal right to share any recordings, texts, images, or personal information submitted.

Data you provide may be used only for the purpose of creating your selected memorial product.

You may request data deletion at any time, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property and THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY USAGE

ReLiveable operates using AI technology developed by Assistable and ElevenLabs. United One Media Group and ReLiveable has full authorization to use these platforms. Clients acknowledge that while ReLiveable is a proprietary concept, the underlying technology remains the intellectual property of the respective AI providers.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the memorials created for you.

You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

Services may be interrupted, delayed, or modified due to technical issues, updates, or external factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

9. Scope & Limitations of Service

ReLiveable memorials are AI-powered simulations based on available recordings, text, and family input.

These are intended for comfort, remembrance, and reflection only. They are not exact replicas and may not capture every detail of a person’s voice, personality, or values.

Accuracy depends on the quality and quantity of data provided.

All services are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

Legal Rights: You have the authority to share any information or recordings.

Family Awareness: You have notified family members as appropriate.

Lawful Use: You will not use the service for unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful purposes.

Acceptance of Limitations: You understand that AI simulations are inherently limited and may not perfectly reflect your loved one.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReLiveable, GAM Enterprises, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReLiveable, GAM Enterprises, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
